| 網絡故障（network failure）是指由于硬件的問題、軟件的漏洞、病毒的侵入等引起網絡無法提供正常服務或降低服務質量的狀態。 什么是 V2Ray？ V2Ray 是 Project V 下的一個工具。 Project V 是一個 kk 項目，包含一系列構建特定網絡環境的工具，其中 V2Ray 是核心。 官方介紹Project V提供了單一內核和多種界面操作方式。內核（V2Ray）用于實際的網絡交互、路由等網絡數據處理，用戶界面程序提供方便直接的操作流程。 不過從時間上來說，Project V之前就有了V2Ray，如果你還是不明白，那么簡單的說，V2Ray是一個類似于的代理軟件，可以用來科學上網（翻墻） ) 學習國外先進科學技術。 貼出我在下面使用的配置
